Ruler - Master of the Mask Episode 21

Prince who stands between the two decides not to attack Pyunsoo group now in spite of his strong desire to revenge his enemy for his parents' death. He says he cannot be the King to sacrifice his subjects to restore his throne. 

General Choi tells Queen mother that he verified the crown prince was alive. She then asks her brother, the second vice-premier to kill the prince. 

Prince enters the palace to see Queen mother and meets Ga-eun serving him tea. 

Ga-eun noticed the tea was not regular tea and followed the people who took the prince. 

They throw the prince from a cliff. Ga-eun rescued him. 

The two who came back from the dead comfirmed their love to each other. 

Meanwhile, King worries about Ga-eun who went out from the palace. Ga-eun and Prince was caught being together and brought to the King. 

King was upset seeing them together but didn't punish. King covered Ga-eun with his clothe and sent her warm place. 

King then tells the prince that he will give rewards for the prince's care to his favorite court lady. He but adds that it is important to remember that no man can associate with any court lady because they belong to King only.

Prince realizes King fell in love with Ga-eun.

The King's guard, Hyun-seok is curious why King was so generous to the peddler's head. 

King replies that he is a friend. He asks what he should do even if he only wants Ga-eun but nothing at all, only King can have Ga-eun.
