Ji-wook says that Bong-hee should not give too much emotion to Hyun-soo, but Bong-hee denies that the lawyer should trust the client.

Yoo-jung complains to Eun-hyuk to stop isolating her. Eun-hyuk turns around and says don't meet anymore unless by accident, but his heart remained complicated. 

Bonghee goes to find evidence to prove Hyun-soo's innocence and meets with the District Attorney, Jang. He thinks that Bong-hee is the murderer of his son, and he is angry that Bong-hee is smiling and being free. Bong-hee once again claims to be innocent, but Jang only demands to bring the real criminal to prove it. 

Bong-hee tells Ji-wook that she found evidence that there was a couple who celebrated her birthday in a bar as Jung Hyun-soo testified. Ji-wook says that it is not enough to show his innocence, but Bong-hee says it is enough to trust Jung Hyun-soo.

Ji-wook feels something strange from Bong-hee turning back to her room. 

Bong-hee looks at the neck in the room that was held by the district attorney, and Ji-wook comes into her room. Looking at her neck, he asks what happened, but Bong-hee doesn't want to answer. 

The next day, everyone prepares for Jung Hyun-soo case. Ji-wook suspects the murder by a robber by looking at the wound of the victim.

Ji-wook and Bong-hee meet rain in search of witnesses and get in somewhere for a while. Ji-wook finds himself unable to take his eyes off from Bong-hee and tries to leave the place quickly.

The first trial of Jung Hyun-soo confirms that there is not enough evidence of his' robbery. After the trial, Ji-wook took Yoo-jung home who was ill. Bong-hee and Eun-hyuk were watching them leave together. 

They arrive at her place. Yoo-jung holding Ji-wook explains her previous affair as her mistake. "I loved you so much that I couldn't feel satisfied with your love returning to me. But I realized after breaking up that it is only you I wanted."

Bong-hee waits for Ji-wook in front of the door and looks at him and rushes straight ahead.

Bong-hee confesses her love to Ji-wook in his arms, but he tells her don't do that. 

Ji-wook wakes up and finds Bong-hee sleeping next to him. He can not take his eyes off Bong-hee.

When he saw that Bong-hee's head was falling, Ji-wook supported her with a smile. Bonghee wakes up, Ji-wook feels embarrassed and tells her not to misunderstand. Bong-hee enjoys having fun with teasing.

It is the first meeting of the office the next day, but not easy to start. CEO Byun is curious about the relationship between Ji-wook and Bong-hee. Ji-wook says nothing to talk about it. 

Eun-hyuk asks Bong-hee about his trouble with Ji-wook. Bong-hee asks why Eun-hyuk is always joking. Eun-hyuk says he does not know the other way around to stay closer to Ji-wook.

Looking at them from the top, Ji-wook sprinkles water on both of them with jealousy.
