Looking at the weapon found under the fridge, Ji-wook began to doubt that Bong-hee is the killer. It was not discovered despite several previous searches before but appeared right after he met the district attorney. In addition, another weapon was found at a distance. Ji-wook requested a blood examination for both weapons in secret. 

Ji-wook still prosecutes Bong-hee at the court. Bong-hee makes a testimony against herself in the courtroom, and public opinion pushes Bong-hee as a murderer based on this.

Bong-hee came back home and found Ji-wook's note in her diary. She smiled holding the diary journal at her chest. 

Next day, Ji-wook had to leave his office. 

Bong-hee visited him as well to express her gratitude. But Ji-wook told her to don't appear before him anymore. "It's such a bad fate. I don't want to see you again."

Eun Bong-hee couldn't hide her smile thinking of Ji-wook who encouraged her in the afternoon. Her diary was full of curing Ji-wook before, but today he was cool. 

Bong-hee got heated up thinking of Ji-wook, she opened windows to refresh herself. At that time, a suspicious person was doing something on the top of the other apartment across Bong-hee's. She couldn't see anything without her glasses, but the stranger saw Bong-hee was looking at his side. 

A moment later, drunken Hee-joon who entered into Bong-hee's apartment while she was gone was killed by somebody. 

Returning home joyfully, Bong-hee got a strange feeling from a person passing by on a bike. She stopped for a moment and turned to see him, but the person disappeared leaving his whistling sound. Bong-hee then found bloody Hee-joon who was dead at her place. 

Noh Ji-wook was still at the office couldn't get sleep well. In his brief nap, he dreamed of a strange monk he met a long ago. He told Ji-wook that he would meet a woman to change his whole life later so be careful on that. Then Ji-wook got a phone call from Bong-hee. 

However, Bong-hee didn't give up on claiming her innocence. Looking at her, Ji-wook recalled the monk warned him about a strange woman to flip over his life. He realizes that woman is here in front of him right now. 

Ji-wook expects no one to take on her defense and asked Ji Eun-hyuk to defense her. Eun-hyuk gave thanks to Bong-hee at their meeting for giving him new chance to talk to Ji-wook again. 

Ji-wook with section chief Bang checked the crime scene from outside to Bong-hee's apartment. Ji-wook opened the possibility of another suspect, but he still thought it was unlikely. 

When section chief Bang received a phone call saying that the weapon was found outside, Ji-wook also located another weapon under the fridge. 

Next day, there was a widespread rumor that Hee-joon dumped Bong-hee for her cheating. Bong-hee was upset and went to see Hee-joon, but he mocked her in public talking about her secret affair that never happened.

Bong-hee meets Ji-wook again at disctrict attroney's office in 3 months later. Ji-wook was the worst district attorney by lawyers in real. Being Bong-hee's supervisor, Ji-wook asked why she ran away with no word last time. Bong-hee answered with another question if they slept together at the time to embarrass him. 

Ji-wook gave her lots of work. Bong-hee met previous sexual harasser on the subway while interrogating criminals. She realized Ji-wook was not the person and upset at him ignoring his word that he witnessed a murder. 

At lunch, Bong-hee sang a song of curse looking at Hee-joon and Ji-ae walking together. Ji-Wook saw by chance that Bong-hee faced her ex and supported her as if he has feelings for her. 

Bong-hee got confused but also felt some emotion to him. She then recalled that he comforted that night at the bar rather than slapping her face.

At home, she went to a convenient store to get some drink.  It was black out on the way, so she paid in cash, all lights were off, as well as CCTV cameras. She then found dead Hee-joon bleeding at her place. 

Next day, she and Ji-wook met at the jail, as a murder suspect and a prosecutor. 

Eun Bong-hee received a strange text that her boyfriend was with a girl at a hotel. She felt suspicious but headed out to check. 

On the subway, a man touched her hip and Bong-hee misunderstood that the sexual harasser was Noh Ji-wook who was standing next to her. Ji-wook was innocent but couldn't win at the argue. 

Bong-hee found her boyfriend, Hee-joon walking out with a girl. She wanted to hear his apology, but he didn't. Bong-hee was upset and yelled at him that she would sleep with the first man runs into her. 

At that moment, Ji-wook approached Bong-hee bumping her shoulder intentionally. She dropped her eye lens and couldn't recognize who he was. Bong-hee asked him if he would sleep with her and he accepted. 

She soon realized he was the stranger she met on the subway, but she didn't want to show retreating image to Hee-joon, so they went out together. 

On the taxi, Bong-hee expressed gratitude to his help and asked for a drink. Ji-wook refused at first but came back to the bar Bong-hee went alone. 

Next morning, Bong-hee woke up at Ji-wook's place but doesn't have a clear memory of last night. She could only recall herself throwing Ji-wook to his couch. 

She felt embarrassed and left the place right away without seeing him while he was in a shower.  

Byun Yong-hee, a name partner of a law firm called Ji-wook who was on the way to work. Byun was very curious the strange girl Ji-wook took out last night. He reminded Ji-wook that that was the first girl after he broke up with Yoo-jung. 

Hearing his ex's name, Ji-wook hang up the phone losing his mode. Yoo-jung had an affair and got caught by Ji-wook at the scene. 

Ji-wook couldn't ignore Bong-hee who put in the same situation as him, but he regretted what he did. 

Ji-wook fell asleep while massaging Bong-hee's ankle. Looking at him, Bong-hee said she couldn't believe he had insomnia. She were happy to see his face alone but reminded her decision to give up on him and tried to control her feeling. 

Bong-hee loves to stay at Ji-wook's place but couldn't control herself falling into him every time she sees him. She began searching for a place to move. 

At that time, Yoo-jung, Ji-wook's ex and a prosecutor, grabs a group of people who tried to steal from a cafe. Bong-hee accidentally sees this scene and throw her kick to one of them. She fell and injured her ankle again. 

Yoo-jung helped Bong-hee to wear a cast at a hospital. They liked each other's personality and exchanged their name cards looking forward to meeting next time. 

Ji-wook found Bong-hee wearing a cast blamed himself for that. Bong-hee tried to explain the story but crushed to Ji-wook apologizing her again. She stopped talking about that and received his care. Ji-wook carefully cares for Bong Hee, and Bong Hee enjoys Ji Wook's service.

Ji-wook goes out for a drink to improve relations with colleagues at work. Bong-hee also came to same place with people from other firm. Bong-hee thinks it is a new job opportunity and does her best, but she gets angry because they were looking for just an entertainer for their clients. Ji-wook sees the scene and takes her out from them. 

Ji-wook told Bong-hee embarrassing herself that returned to work for him. She was confused, but Ji-wook fell asleep again in her arms after saying that now he would take a rest. 

Next morning, Ji-wook could only remember a fragment of last night. He asked Bong-hee if they slept last night. Bong-hee didn't give him a clear answer as a response to him who also didn't give a clear answer to her before and to the same question. 

She set a meeting schedule with the killer who disguised as an agent of scientific investigation team on the way out from their house. At the moment, Ji-wook saw Yoo-jung who was waiting for him in front of the door. 

Bong-hee watched Ji-wook who was in the trial in secret, revealing her loving heart. 

After opening her own lawyer's office, Bong-hee who has been meeting odd clients only met Jeon Sung-ho (Ji Il-joo) who has a similar love story with her. In the past, the client had been given a restraining order by stalking Lee Na-eun, his previous lover. He who recently saw her on the bus was handed a greeting but was pushed out by her and injured. 

In the SBS drama series 'Suspicious Partner' broadcasted on May 17, Noh Ji-wook (Ji Chang-wook) and Eun Bong-hee (Nam Ji-hyun), who met again as lawyers, were depicted.

Prosecutor Noh Ji-wook released Eun Bong-hee who was falsely accused of the murder in spite of external pressures and told her never to see again. Eun Bong-hee fell in fated love but couldn't confess before his word. 

"I am sorry for misunderstanding you as a sexual harasser, and I also am sorry for pulling you out from your job," she said. "But thank you. You are my hero. I won't exchange you even with Iron Man." She said all these but couldn't confess her love. 

She knew Ji-wook was suffering from insomnia and gave him a tea that is good for it to express her gratitude. Noh Ji-wook started thinking of her having the tea she gave. 

Hee-joon's father, the District Attorney, visited her to warn that he would punish for sure. 

Eun Bong-hee tried to find the real criminal of his ex-boyfriend murder, who also put her in falsification. Eun went to the only place where the evidence was found and met Noh who also was searching for more clue. They accidentally hold hands together and had an unusual feeling. 

Ji-wook didn't try to hide his concern on Bong-hee who was trying to find the real criminal by herself. However, he still wouldn't like to meet her again. Bong-hee shouted, "We will meet again in a good relationship."

He worked as a lawyer and suffered from meeting his rude clients. Ji-wook finally exploded into his client, but only got the response that he is a lawyer who knows as if he is a prosecutor. Ji-wook was more isolated, criticizing lawyers at attorneys' meetings.

Eun Bong Hee met Na Ji-hae (Kim Ye-won), who had push and pulling emotion with her ex-boyfriend, as a lawyer and a prosecutor. Bong-hee, during her argument, noticed Ji-wook who entered the court.
