Louis Vuitton Official Instagram posts Gong Yoo's photo who attended 'Volez, Voguez, Voyagez - Louis Vuitton' event in Seoul, South Korea. 


It is an exhibition showing not only the founding members of Louis Vuitton in its early days but also the history from 1854 to the present, following the footsteps of those who make present and future. Olivier Saillard, one of the fashion's premier historians and curators directed the show. 


To celebrate the exhibition, stars such as Bae Doona and Cha Seung-won, Sulli, Isabelle Huppert, Lang Lang, Rila Fukushima, and Annie Chen attended.

Gong Yoo Visited Hong Kong (Press Conference before Fan Meeting)

Gong Yoo held a press conference before the Hong Kong fan meeting.


Gong Yoo (37) had a great deal of interest in Hong Kong with a press conference at AsiaWorld–Expo yesterday afternoon before a fan meeting on May 6, Chinese medias reported, including China Daily and Sina.com.


Goog Yoo said he grew up watching files of Chow Yun-fat and Andy Lau and likes "Infernal Affairs," starring Andy Lau and Tony Leung Chiu-Wai.


Gong Yoo said Infernal Affairs was a good and fun movie and it would be fun to play an undercover role. "Do you think it would fit me?" he asked fans there and smiled. 


He also said he likes actor Tony Leung Chiu-Wai. Gong Yoo said, "I like Tony Leung, so it seems that the role that he has played is also interesting. There is respect for the acting of Tony Leung."

When asked if he could make a film such like "Lust, Caution" that showed a bold exposure of  Tony Leung, Gong Yoo said, "I was asked this question in Korea in the past. If the message or emotion of the whole work is good, the exposure of the actor does not seem to be important," he said.


"It was even more pleased to receive it together with Kim Eun-sook, the writer of Dokkaebi," he added.


The last April 29th, Gong Yoo had the first fan meeting in Taiwan with great success. Gong Yoo will meet Hong Kong fans Saturday, May 6th at 7:30 pm with the title, "Gong Yoo Live-Make a Wish in Hong Kong"



Gong Yoo Won Best Drama Actor Award

Actor Gong Yoo won the Best Drama Actor award. 


Gong Yoo received an award in the TV show category at 2017 Baeksang Arts Awards held on May 3rd at  COEX Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul.


Gong Yoo gave thanks to the staff and colleagues of the tvN show 'Dokkaebi (Guardian or Goblin)' team who worked together and remarked that "All the time was good," a famous line of the show.


In the news of his awards, his previous speech at the closing of the show was floated again. At that time, he shared emotional reflection through TV cast that it was a burden to work together with a great writer, director, and staff members at first but I feel I could come this far safely because of your abundant love and cheers, because of all your love."


"I was so grateful to be able to put a spoon on the golden combination of the two the writer and director who suffered together a lot. There were a lot of staffs who suffered in the field, and without their efforts, there would not have been any works of Kim Shin and the 'Dokkaebi," shared Gong Yoo, attributing the merits to others. 



He also narrated one of the famous lines of the show, "“All the time I’ve spent with you were all blindingly bright. Because the day was good, because the day wasn’t good, because the day was just right. All the days were good."


On the other hand, along with the award of Gong Yoo, the 'Dokkaebi' team won two prizes at Baeksang Arts Awards.
